These terms and conditions will form the basis of the agreement between you, and all adults and/or minors who form part of your booking.

Use of the Website

We reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage of any nature whatsoever and howsoever arising out of or in connection with the viewing, use of the website or its contents whether due to inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause.

VAT and Taxes

VAT and taxes are included in the price of the room. Meals are included in the price only where it is expressly stated. Marina hotel&apts reserves the right to periodically review its room prices.  Any increased price will be advised at the time of booking.  For details of our room prices, please check via the online contact form or call us at +302663051100.

Bookings

In order to guarantee a booking, 30% of the total accommodation cost is required.
All accounts must be settled in full on departure.

General

The guest shall not be entitled to assign the booking to any third party nor utilise the hotel’s facilities, other than for the purpose of accommodation.
The hotel reserves the right to pass on to the guest any additional costs incurred by it in respect of goods and services requested during the guest’s stay or caused by the guest not adhering to the agreed terms for services.

Cancellation fees

The hotel may cancel the booking if the hotel or any part of it is closed due to circumstances beyond its control.  In such an event the hotel will refund payments but shall have no further liability to the guest.
Special Needs/Requests
Any special needs or requests must be notified in writing in advance.  No guarantees can be made in relation to any special requests.

Check In
Check in is from 2 pm on the date of booking and check out is before 12 noon on the date of departure.

Cots
Cots may be available but availability is limited.  Please check with the hotel.

Smoking
Smoking at the hotel is restricted to smoking areas.  All rooms are non smoking.

Pets
Pets are not allowed to accompany customers at the hotel.

Damage by Guests
In the event of malicious, willful or negligent room or other property damage, Marina hotel&apts will charge the amount required to restore the damage.

Guests Conduct
The hotel reserves the right to refuse access or eject without prejudice any persons, who it considers objectionable.

Health and Safety
The hotel is subject to local regulations, including those relating to fire precautions.  All guests must read and familiarize themselves with health and safety information at the hotel and in their rooms.
